Laptop Repair Services
We provide professional laptop repair services for customers throughout the Raleigh-Durham (RDU) Triangle as well as nationwide mail-in repairs. We work with home users, businesses, and computer resellers.
Every repair is performed by an experienced technician using professional diagnostic equipment. Our goal is to provide accurate repairs, fair pricing, and fast turnaround times.
We offer free repair estimates. If your laptop requires in-depth troubleshooting, our diagnostic service is a flat fee of $50. This fee is commonly waived if you continue with the repair for your computer.
Once we determine the problem, we’ll contact you with a detailed explanation of the issue and provide a repair quote before any work is performed. You decide whether to move forward with the repair.

- If needed, we perform a diagnostic
- We provide a repair quote for your approval.
- Once approved, we complete the repair and notify you when your laptop is ready for pickup or return shipping.
