Absolute Computers provides laptop repair for home users, businesses and computer repair centers all over the US. Unlike most computer repair centers, we have the necessary equipment and experience to diagnose any problem accurately and quickly. An experienced, certified technician will do all of the work on your laptop computer. Please ship your AC adapter with your laptop. We have gotten machines that work correctly but the problem is with the AC adapter.
When your laptop / PC is repaired, it will be professionally packaged and shipped out the day after the repair is completed.
If you decide not to fix your laptop after it has been diagnosed, it will be returned in the original condition. We promise to offer a competitive price on parts and honestly diagnose your system. There is no charge for diagnostics but we do ask you to pay for our cost to ship the machine back to you ($20 for UPS Ground).

Shipping your laptop:
If you use your own packaging, shipping a laptop here via ground service is small. You can use the US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. The local packaging store will usually also provide packaging for a small fee. Please ask for signature confirmation when you mail your laptop to us.
NOTE: All packages should have adequate packaging to survive the trip. We have gotten laptops bouncing around inside the box, please use some bubble wrap and then peanuts, foam or crushed newspapers) to protect your machine.

Diagnostics are completely free, no strings attached. We strive to provide affordable laptop repairs.
We charge an affordable flat labor rate of $60/hour plus the cost of parts.
We will offer a solution for any type of problem. Most repair parts are in stock and all parts pricing is reasonable and usually cheaper than other parts dealers. Return shipping to anywhere in the US is $20. Overnight shipping is available. Please contact us with your ZIP code for an expedited shipping quote.
Payment:
After the laptop has been repaired and is ready to ship, we will contact you for payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and money order/cashier’s check.
We are conveniently located to computer users in Apex, Cary, Clayton, Durham, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Holly Springs, Knightdale, North Raleigh, Wake Forest, Wendell and Zebulon. We also have customers coming from Angier, Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Fayetteville, Fort Bragg, Sanford,Spring Lake and Rocky Mount. We also have computers sent to us for repairs from across North Carolina and the 48 contiguous states of the US plus Puerto Rico.
